The Power Hour with Joyce Riley

THURSDAY – FEBRUARY 24- SPECIAL FEATURE:

One Man Doing Time for ALL of Us

Hendrickson’s family friend and confidante SARAH WALTNER provides information on Pete’s current dilemma as he has been made to serve a three-year prison term (by basic trickery on the part of a Midwestern judge by the name of Rosen) as punishment for alerting Americans to the true meaning of “income tax”. Most startling is what this Judge, along with an over-zealous U.S. Attorney, is now doing to Pete’s family. DOREEN HENDRICKSON will join this broadcast to share her fears and plea for help to expose cartel-type syndicate tactics being applied to her – to force Pete into submission for THEIR willful and now necessary compliance to justify how they (unfairly) handled Pete.
TPH: Honestly, what is taking place today on this case would make the Soprano, or “Don” Vito Corleone, families blush with embarrassment.

On this show, Joyce Riley interviews Sarah Waltner, a paralegal donating time to assist the Hendrickson family, and Doreen Hendrickson, the wife of Pete Hendrickson, the author of "Cracking the Code: The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America."  Sarah talks about the basics of the civil and criminal cases filed against him, and why they are an example of what the American People do not want to tolerate in our judicial system.  She explains that Pete Hendrickson is NOT a "tax protester" and that he upholds the lawful application of the tax.  She also explains why it's important to learn what the tax law actually says in order to be liberated from paying more than you owe.

Ms. Riley then chats with Doreen Hendrickson about the impact the criminal trial has had on her family, on the principles of her husband, and on the gross unfairness of both trials.  She and Sarah tell the story of how a Michigan District Court judge is forcing the Hendricksons to create amended tax returns, with numbers dictated by the government, to sign them under penalty of perjury, and to then file them with the IRS, without telling the IRS they are coerced.

If the government and court are allowed to get away with this -- will you be next?
